Grandfather Clocks
If you love beautiful works of art then you probably love clocks as we do. We appreciate the intricate details that painstakingly go into a quality time piece. My family has had a grandfather clock for as long as we can remember. This clock started our love for clocks and chimes. The sounds of those chimes as they rang out each hour filled our home with music. For all of us children we thought that the clock “sang” because she was happy. I still think it is a comforting sound to hear the clock as she goes through her chimes. Since our clock was a Howard Miller it only makes sense that we would shop for howard miller grandfather clock as adults with homes of our own. Each of us siblings have bought a grandfather clock as we bought our homes. For us it is a part of being home to hear the chimes as they bellow out letting the entire house know that all is well. Our kids are now enjoying our clocks as they go through their chimes. The younger ones still run to the clock to watch her final chime each hour. I am not a betting man but if I were I would be willing to bet that our children will have Howard Miller grandfather clocks in their homes one day,too. I also will bet that their children will race to see their clock as it makes it’s hourly chimes!
